• Assist with planning and running daily practices and game preparation
• Provide instruction on volleyball skills, fundamentals, and game strategy
• Support supervision of student-athletes during practices, games, and team events
• Help monitor academic progress and promote good sportsmanship and character
• Assist with scouting reports, film breakdown, and opponent prep
• Help with equipment management, uniforms, and facility setup/cleanup
• Ensure compliance with school, district, and MSHSAA rules and policies
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff
• Support offseason development, camps, and program growth initiatives
