- Assist with planning and running daily practices and game preparation
- Provide instruction on volleyball skills, fundamentals, and game strategy
- Support supervision of student-athletes during practices, games, and team events
- Help monitor academic progress and promote good sportsmanship and character
- Assist with scouting reports, film breakdown, and opponent prep
- Help with equipment management, uniforms, and facility setup/cleanup
- Ensure compliance with school, district, and MSHSAA rules and policies
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff
- Support offseason development, camps, and program growth initiatives
